It would seem the job may pay off in due time; Mari pretty much garunteed me a meeting with an engineer at Boeing. It pretty much was discussed in a talk I had with her with my supervisor Shubha and herself; they wanted to teach me of considering of what I am there to learn and how things really run. Now before I begin, it must be clear that the whole idea of working with a team other than in the military where it is life and death is utterly pointless if you have people that are not coherent to the same goals as you are or they may not have the same background or even know of your background... I hate the idea of teams honestly when you have to work with people who do not know what your desire or how dedicated you may be. I learn that from school and at CSS when I was a security guard- there are those that are willing to do nothing and may demand credit and there is nothing you can to do to eject them from your team.
"Oh, Kamil, what about telling your superiors about it?" That's bull shit, I shouldn't have to do that! I am a grown man and I have a job to do and I damn well will do it. Its as simple as that!!
Anyways, the discussion consisted of understand why people are different and that times have changed that being a minority is not looked down upon... ONLY ON PAPER... I cannot stress how irritating people think they can understand someone who isn't in there racial pyramid! I am not saying all blacks kill whites or shit like that its just... I hate people that say "What ever!" to what another has experienced... it pisses me off to no end... Anyways, blah blah blah the logical perspective I had was trumping her ideology of "team work" so it was difficult for her to honestly persuade to believe what she had told me.
So yeah, just
