Waking to a styrofoam plate covered with teriyaki, I realized I my arms and abdominal section was still sore from working out on Thursday. I got a new haircut and I've been pretty happy about it. I am noticing some "evolutionary" ... ok maybe evolutionary isn't the right word but I am mature in ways I guess is the way to say. I am working to build muscle tone than actually bulking up. It currently hurts to straighten my arms out or even try to bend down from the waist. Currently-- I am benching about 40 pounds and I did about 13 pounds from ... umm damn dumbbells I think what they're called. I will post a picture of my hair when I get a better one, the current one I have looks... freaky. Sorry I haven't been posting much, I plan to get back into it when I have more interesting things going on.
