Hanging out in the starbucks for about 10 minutes or so as we pretty much talked about her time in Astoria, OR where she did job-corps. Pretty much I sat and listened and took her hand as I observed a red ring she earned while working there. It wasn't bad listening to it, but she kind of complained about incidents she had with her mother and some of her friends. I didn't mind it too much but I guess its a price to pay regardless of what you're doing with a woman. A bit of swearing came up but I personally didn't mind, however, there were some looks from some of the other patrons that were drinking their coffee-- especially an elderly caucasian woman across the store-- I don't know if she mad at the swearing or the potential chance of an "inter-racial couple' gathering.. I don't know what to make of it, so I smirked at Melissa and said "Let's get outta here."
She was midway drinking her coffee and she just nodded and said ok. We were walking through the parking lot of the towne center (mind you, its an open air mall and lots and lots of parking lots) [sidenote: it annoys the piss of me that they called it a towne center... and the spelled towne with an e...really?! the town's name is based off another place named Lakewood... this rant could last forever of how much I dislike it :P]
As we were walking in the empty parking lot, I wrapped my left arm around her shoulder. She had to pause for a moment to answer the phone which only took about a minute. After her call, we went back to walking, I wrapped my arm around her once again and kept walking. I remember specifically I told her I found her cute of how she blushed and it was a pretty entertaining conversation about her blushing and how mine isn't noticeable.
Here it is-- the big moment!
I stopped midway of walking, gently swung her around to my front, looked into her eyes and gave a smile... oh man my heart was beating pretty moderately... I thought I would be extremely nervous but blood was elsewhere >.> no need for details-- anyways, her eyes had a very smooth color to them and I slowly moved my lips closer to hers constantly mentally stating as if I were watching an internet meme and telling the people behind me "this is it! THIS IS IT!!" over and over in my head... and... oh my god I felt her bottom lip touch mine and I heard our lips smack for a few seconds and... it was pure ecstasy. I was SO glad I applied chap-stick on previous before I left as I arrived at the starbucks to give it a chance to sink in and there I could easily take off the residue and also that I didn't eat minty gum or drink down mouth wash-- believe me I wanted to but I didn't want to give the impression that I was expecting it to happen so I am SO glad I took that into account.
While kissing, my hands did drift down onto her hips and I grabbed her wallet while they were still in her jeans-- it was kind of funny XD but I found her tush and gentley held it... oh it gets better. After the kiss, I could still taste the peppermint flavor from her coffee. Never gonna forget that!
All right, just gonna sum up this last part cause I wanted to get this large portion of the story out there so yeah. XD
