Started a new job! Well, I was hired and officially started working on the 17th. Have to wake up at 4am just to get there by 6 am. Its not really bad at all. I dodge a lot of traffic coming and getting home from work-- except what happened on Friday but I will get into that in a bit...
I currently work at ACS for Verizon Wireless. Its a really chill job and they insist in training. They pay you for the training too!! I like it a lot so far. My trainer is pretty cool too. The first day I was trying to figure out if she was a male or female. And~ my assumption was right, she's a lesbian. I have no problem with homosexuals.
I was late for work about 37 minutes on Friday morning. I was heading to work early and then I noticed that heading north there was a traffic jam because of a semi... I couldn't dodge it in time to get off the freeway and go through city-center in Tacoma. So~ they said, just come in on Monday and make it up. I did it and here I am, happy as a clam... ugh I don't like saying that.
So working is not bad at all, its just becoming a training representative. The only thing I do not do is say "Go Team" by our trainer.... why?... it states that you are of a group and would do anything for the group as the form of a collective... people do not naturally work that way and they have to learn it in certain situations. Besides-- if I am on time and someone is always late, and I suffer for it-- is that far?... go team?...
